Department 10 - 4-H and Vocational
Premium Books are available at the Fair Office and also at the Tractor Supply in Richland. The books are split this year with 4-H and Open Livestock in one book and the Agriculture Building in the other.
PLEASE NOTE:
PREMIUMS WILL BE PAID AS STATED IN THE 2009 PREMIUM BOOK.
