EXHIBITOR AGES

4-H – As Per 4-H Age Guidelines

Pee Wee – Ages 2 – 4 Years

Youth – Ages 5 – 17 Years

Open Class – Ages – 8 and Over

AGRICULTURE BUILDING INTAKE AND OUTTAKE TIME SCHEDULE

Wednesday, August 29	Non Food Exhibits Only	Noon – 9pm
Thursday, August 30	Non Food Exhibits Only	Noon – 9pm
Friday, August 31	All Exhibits	10am – 9pm
Saturday, September 1	Baked Goods ONLY	9am – 11am

Sunday, September 9	Outtake	10am – 6pm
All exhibits must be created by the exhibitor and completed within the past year. 4-H exhibitors must be 4-H members, with a project in the field in which they wish to make entry. Exhibitors may enter no more than one article in a division of a class. Garments should be laundered prior to judging. Stained or soiled garments will not be accepted. Garments should be hung on hangers ready to hang, with the exception of knitted or crocheted work. Plastic covering will be provided. Articles will be judged on: · Workmanship · Worth of Article · Appropriateness of Material · Design · Degree of Difficulty
